History is littered with super talented people who seem to have it all and for some reason they are their worst enemy. This song addresses this phenomena.
Tragic Flaw
Standing on an isle of despair
Wondering how you ever ended up here
The end of the tunnel is now sealed tight
You have lost everything you held with all your might
Talent a gift that you easily received
The tragic hero has a tragic flaw
The tragedy is complete
His downfall is that he doesn't believe
Tragic flaw
Rise and fall
Lose it all
A Fireball
Tragic flaw
He was an outlaw
Standing tall
Now having to crawl
What makes you great is what takes you down
What lifts you higher is the reason you crash into the ground
What makes people yell and scream out your name
Is what makes them enjoy watching you burn in the flames
Talent a gift that you easily received
The tragic hero has a tragic flaw
The tragedy is complete
His downfall is that he doesn't believe
Tragic hero
With a tragic flaw
Losing it all
Heading for the waterfall
A last curtain call
So say good bye
Because of your tragic
Flaw deep inside
What makes you great is what takes you down
(Tragic Flaw)
What lifts you high— makes you crash into the ground
(Tragic Flaw)
Talent the gift that you received
Your downfall is that you don’t believe
A tragic hero — a tragic flaw
tragic hero —A last curtain call
Tragic flaw
Black Daze is a song that I wrote as a representation of the the trials we go through as artists. The perseverance and dedication it takes to get what you want sometimes comes at the cost of both personal and professional relationships. This price can either make you quit or make you become stronger. I chose stronger.

Black Daze
When you told me I was not the one you wanted
You just left me like a thief in the night
All those times when I worked so hard to please you
Nothing made a difference, never treated me right
You thought I would take it and not say a word
But you chose the wrong man this time
I’m glad that it’s over and I won’t miss you
You slipped up, pushed it, you crossed the line
Black daze, you’re amazed that I’m still here
Yeah, I’m still here
Black daze, a tidal wave will wash you away
Like you were never here
You were never here
Never here
Black daze
Well you didn’t have to be so mean but that’s okay
A tiger never changes their coat
When you went away and still tried to tell me what to do
You may have an opinion but you don’t get a vote
Black daze you’re amazed that I’m still here
Yeah, I’m still here
Black daze a tidal wave will wash you away
Like you were never here
You were never here
You were never here
Black daze
Never here
You were never here
You were never here
Black daze
Get out
Don’t come back
Take a hike
Get on your bike
I don’t care
Where you go
You can go
Anywhere, anywhere but here!
Black Daze!
A heavy song that asks the question of what is inside each of us. It’s my story of when I went into a room lit only by a single candle and studied myself in the mirror.
This song captures what I felt, saw and how my body reacted in that moment. This experience has stayed with me for years and I wanted to capture those feelings in this song
The Eyes In The Mirror
Well I got somebody following, they’re following me
Yeah I got someone looking, they won’t let me be
They’re right on my heel and chasing my tail
No matter where I hide they’re always there
The Eyes In The Mirror
The Eyes In The Mirror
Do I see them smiling, smiling at me?
Just pushing and watching, they’re testing me
When the Sun shines or the Moon glows
If I’m in a crowd or I’m all alone
The Eyes In The Mirror Know
The Eyes In The Mirror Oh No!
Oh, how I long to find
In my eyes do I see maybe a little sign inside of me?
Everyday that I look a bit deeper behind
The eyes looking back are they only mine?
My Eyes In The Mirror... Yeah
The Eyes In The Mirror
